Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations as a registered player on the auzz66 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the auzz66 registration process, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent confirmation, accessing any part of the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the auzz66 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the auzz66 platform and close your account by contacting the support team at [email protected].

auzz66 reserves the right to require you to re-affirm your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions at any time — for example, following a material update. Failure to re-confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary restriction of account functionality until confirmation is received.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

In addition to the minimum age requirement, all Players must satisfy the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while the account remains active:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. auzz66 conducts age verification checks at registration and at the first withdrawal request. Documentary proof of age may be requested at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals under legal guardianship or who have had their legal capacity restricted by a court order are not eligible to use auzz66.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on auzz66. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance attributable to the duplicate account.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• Not a restricted person: auzz66 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or place bets on the platform.
• Self-exclusion status: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from auzz66 or from any other gambling platform, you must not attempt to register a new account during the self-exclusion period. auzz66 reserves the right to close accounts opened in breach of a self-exclusion request.

If auzz66 discovers at any point that a Player does not meet these eligibility requirements, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited, and deposits may be returned at auzz66's discretion after verification of the original payment method.

Account Registration

To use the betting and gaming features on auzz66, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. auzz66 uses this information for account management, KYC verification, and responsible gaming purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your auzz66 account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. auzz66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

• Username: Must be unique to your account. You may not use a username that impersonates another person, is offensive, or contains profanity.
• Password: Must meet the minimum security requirements set by auzz66 at the time of registration. You are strongly encouraged to use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Mobile number: Must be a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. This number is used for SMS two-factor verification and for processing bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions linked to your account.
• KYC documents: auzz66 may request identity verification documents — including your National Identity Card (NID) — before processing your first withdrawal or in response to account review triggers. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
• Account security: You must notify auzz66 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. auzz66 may suspend an account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the auzz66 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and winnings settlements — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). auzz66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported for Bangladeshi players:

• bKash: Instant deposit and withdrawal processing via bKash mobile wallet. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Nagad: Instant deposit and withdrawal via Nagad mobile financial services. Processing times are typically real-time for deposits and within 24 hours for withdrawals.
• Rocket: Dutch-Bangla Bank's Rocket mobile banking service is accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on auzz66.
• Upay: Upay mobile wallet transactions are supported for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka.
• Visa / Mastercard: Debit and credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks (including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank) are accepted for deposits. Withdrawal to card is subject to availability and may vary by issuing bank.

Deposits are credited to your auzz66 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. auzz66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or incorrect payment details provided by the Player. If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. auzz66 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending KYC review if the account has not previously been verified or if a review is triggered by the transaction amount or account activity. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval, though this may extend during periods of high volume.

auzz66 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or transaction limits, which are outside auzz66's control. Players are advised to check their mobile banking app terms for applicable charges.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and game sessions placed on the auzz66 platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, live casino games, virtual sports, and crash games (including Tower) are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

1. Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by the auzz66 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed during periods of technical disruption that do not generate a confirmation reference are considered void.
2. Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. In-play (live) odds change in real time; it is the Player's responsibility to confirm the applicable odds before placing an in-play bet.
3. Void bets: auzz66 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the event was cancelled or abandoned; (b) an obvious pricing error was made; (c) the bet was placed using a system exploit or software vulnerability; or (d) the outcome was determined to have been manipulated. Void bets are returned to the Player's balance at the original stake value.
4. Maximum winnings: auzz66 applies maximum payout caps on individual bets and accumulator bets. These caps are displayed within the relevant betting market. Winnings that would otherwise exceed the cap are paid at the cap amount.
5. Accumulator bets: In the event that one or more legs of an accumulator bet are voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining valid legs. The voided leg is treated as a "push" with odds of 1.00.
6. Cricket betting: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, specific result rules apply to rain-affected games, matches shortened by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, and matches abandoned mid-play. These rules are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform.
7. Live casino: All live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer has confirmed the result. Disputes arising from live casino games must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of the disputed session.
8. Crash games (Tower): The result of each Tower game round is determined by a certified random number generator. A multiplier that crashes before a Player cashes out results in the loss of the staked amount for that round. Players are solely responsible for their cash-out timing decisions.

Bonuses and Promotions

auzz66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. The general conditions below apply to all auzz66 bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

• Welcome bonus: Available to new players who complete their first deposit on auzz66. The welcome bonus is issued as a deposit match or free bet credit and is subject to the wagering requirement published alongside the offer. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiple (e.g., 10x, 20x) and the eligible game categories are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count towards the wagering requirement.
• Minimum deposit to qualify: A minimum deposit amount — typically ৳500 or as stated in the promotion — must be met to activate a bonus. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility; this is stated per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus credits and associated free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms (typically 7–30 days from issuance). Expired bonuses are removed from the account balance automatically.
• Abuse and fraud: auzz66 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion between players.
• Seasonal promotions: auzz66 runs special promotional offers during major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and Bangladeshi seasonal celebrations (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day). These offers are subject to their own specific terms and are valid only for the stated promotional period.
• Modification or withdrawal of promotions: auzz66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account before such a change are honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered Player on auzz66, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks to recover legitimately lost funds, or any form of financial fraud in connection with your auzz66 account.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using information obtained through illegal means, including insider knowledge of sporting outcomes or participation in any arrangement to fix a sporting event.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automation software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the auzz66 platform, including exploitation of pricing errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one auzz66 account per person, whether under your own identity or another identity, for any purpose including duplicate bonus claiming.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live casino games, or otherwise act in concert to defraud auzz66 or other players.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access any part of the auzz66 platform, another player's account, or auzz66's systems and infrastructure without authorisation.
• Money laundering: Using the auzz66 platform as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. auzz66 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and is obligated to report suspicious financial activity.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to auzz66 at any stage — including at registration, during KYC verification, or in communications with the support team.

auzz66 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, auzz66 may take immediate action including account suspension, balance freeze, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement agencies.

Account Suspension and Closure

auzz66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• A Player's request for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools or via the support team.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., under 18 years of age, located in a restricted territory).
• Extended account inactivity — defined as no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Players will be notified before any action is taken on an inactive account.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or freeze.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the auzz66 support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after standard processing, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are in progress.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, auzz66 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the auzz66 platform, including but not limited to:

• Betting losses: auzz66 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred as a result of bets placed on the platform. All betting and gaming activity is undertaken at the Player's sole risk.
• Platform unavailability: auzz66 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure outages may cause temporary unavailability. auzz66 is not liable for losses arising from inability to access the platform during such periods.
• Data accuracy: While auzz66 takes reasonable care to ensure that odds, scores, and event information displayed on the platform are accurate, errors may occur. auzz66 is not liable for losses resulting from the Player's reliance on inaccurate real-time data displayed on the platform.
• Third-party payment delays: auzz66 is not liable for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card issuers.
• Device and connectivity: auzz66 is not responsible for hardware failures, internet connectivity issues, or software incompatibilities on the Player's device that affect the Player's ability to place bets or cash out during a live game.
• Unauthorised account access: auzz66 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access was made possible by the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.

Nothing in this section limits auzz66's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In any event, auzz66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the auzz66 platform — including but not limited to the auzz66 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, images, audio-visual content, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of auzz66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the auzz66 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any auzz66 content without express written permission.
• Use the auzz66 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or application forming part of the auzz66 platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the auzz66 platform using automated tools or manual processes at scale.
• Use any auzz66 content for commercial purposes, including resale, advertising, or promotional material, without a separate written agreement with auzz66.

Any unauthorised use of auzz66 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws. Amendments to These Terms

auzz66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, auzz66 will notify registered Players via email, platform notification, or a prominent notice on the auzz66 website. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the auzz66 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the amendment.
